a word from the owner
I started working professionally at 17 and built a successful career in Marketing, HR, SEO and Administration. That is a lot of time spent sitting behind a desk and communicating with people I only knew through phone conversations. Even though I enjoyed my work and loved my colleagues, a part of me was still unfulfilled.
When I got the opportunity to start my own business, I finally put my lifestyle needs first.
- Meeting new people face-to-face.
- Physical activity.
- A variety of jobs and challenges.
- Having the freedom to pull over and eat lunch wherever I like.
- A friendly, relaxed and motivated work environment.
A business like Urban Savannah fitted that profile perfectly.
My late father had unshakeable integrity and his influence in my life and work ethic has been immeasurable. He was always fair, always honest and NEVER willing to deliver a sub-standard service.
The customer’s needs are our command. The better the results, the happier the customer. The happier the customer, the more likely it is that they will return or refer us. The more they return or refer us, the more work I can give to my team and the challenges we sometimes face only push us to navigate new waters and learn new skills. It’s a win-win situation.
